Are you a highly organized and motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional patient care? We are seeking a dedicated Patient Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring smooth communication between patients, families, and our dental team. Your proactive approach will support appointment scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks, contributing to exceptional patient experiences and efficient office operations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a friendly, supportive team dedicated to children's oral health.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and families warmly, establishing a positive first impression Manage appointment scheduling. Verify insurance coverage and assist with dental insurance inquiries to facilitate smooth billing processes. Handle phone communications professionally, providing clear information and answering questions. Assist with patient check-in/check-out procedures and ensure accurate documentation of visits.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in dental software and Google Suite. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with medical administrative support functions such as insurance verification and billing processes is a plus. How to
