Part-Time Patient Care Coordinator Location:
Kona Integrative Health Schedule:
2 or 3 days per week Kona Health & Aesthetics, LLC stands at the cutting edge of integrated healthcare, committed to crafting personalized health plans tailored to each individual's needs. We are in search of a compassionate, organized, and committed individual to join our dynamic, fast-paced environment as a Part-Time Patient Care Coordinator . This vital role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a busy office while maintaining professionalism and empathy in patient interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for our patients, providing warm, friendly, and efficient service. Schedule appointments and manage patient records through our electronic health system. Provide patients with information about our services and practitioners, helping them feel informed and at ease. Coordinate patient care by communicating effectively with providers and the team. Manage patient follow-ups and reminders to ensure a seamless care experience. Assist with billing and processing payments, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Support the healthcare team with administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare administration or a relevant field is a plus. Previous experience in a fast-paced healthcare setting or customer service role is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen ability to listen and empathize. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure . Proficiency in using healthcare software and Microsoft Office Suite. A commitment to confidentiality and a high standard of ethics. Ability to work independently as well as part of a diverse team. Adaptability and problem-solving skills to thrive in a high-volume, high-energy office.
