We combine friendly, personal service with quality frames and clinical care — and we're growing. The Role We're looking for a Vision Care Coordinator to be the friendly face and steady hand of our patient experience. You'll manage scheduling, greet and check in patients, handle insurance verification, coordinate between our optometry and optical teams, and help keep the office running smoothly day to day. What You'll Do Schedule and confirm patient appointments Verify vision insurance benefits and coordinate billing Greet patients and manage front-desk flow Coordinate communication between doctors, opticians, and patients Maintain patient records and follow-up reminders Support the sales team in hitting monthly goals What We're Looking For Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking in a busy office Experience with insurance verification a plus (vision insurance experience a big plus) Prior medical/optical office or customer service experience preferred Reliable, professional, team-first attitude Why Join Us Growing local business with room to advance Supportive, close-knit team Competitive pay + performance incentives Employee eyewear discountTo Apply:
