Other (Specify): A Master's degree or higher is required along with at least 2 years' experience. Experience working with families facing issues related to child abuse, neglect and mental health is essential. Additionally, applicants must possess a valid Hawaii State License in good standing.
This job requires a valid Hawaii driver's license, a clear driver's abstract, and use of personal vehicle to transport participants, as needed, as well as a willingness to travel in personal vehicle on an as-needed basis throughout the islandVerification of licensure/certification will be required at time of appointment/hire, and continued employment is contingent on maintaining licensure/certification.
This position is subject to a criminal background investigation and continued employment is contingent on a record clear of convictions.
Continued employment in this position is contingent on successful completion of CPR, CPI and/or van driving training as such training is necessary to ensure ability/continued ability to perform essential functions of this job.
Continued employment in this position is contingent on successful completion of CPI classes OR other Behavioral Management certification as may be contract mandated.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES
Under the supervision of the Program Director, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing clinical and administrative supervision of both Bachelors and Masters level staff in Crisis Mobile Outreach (CMO) according to clinical standards of best practice. The Clinical Supervisor discusses each participant in the program, ensuring that all staff receive the necessary support, guidance, and understanding of the clinical aspects of the program services, and plans, organizes, coordinates, monitors and evaluates the services provided.EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
Masters' Degree from a school accredited by a recognized accrediting agency. Requires knowledge of an advanced type.Other (Specify): A Master's degree or higher is required along with at least 2 years' experience. EXPERIENCE
Over two years, up to and including four years.Other:
Over one year of administration and/or supervisory experience.SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
REQUIREDStrong preference for candidate with experience and extensive knowledge of the Child & Adolescent Mental Health Division(CAMHD). An ideal candidate has experience working with families within the CAMHD system and understands the barriers and challenges these families encounter while engaging in and receiving services from CAMHD system providers.OTHER POSITION REQUIREMENTS
