Full Job Description About Us:
Parker Audiology is growing, and we are excited to add a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to our team. The role is ideal for someone who is social, detail-oriented, flexible, and hard-working. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team environment, enjoy taking initiative, and find satisfaction in helping patients feel cared for and supported. We are looking for individuals who: Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and team members Are comfortable managing schedules, data, and office flow Enjoy setting the pace of the office and keeping things running smoothly Take pride in being organized, detail-driven, and proactive Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in a busy clinical setting Value teamwork and collaboration while being able to take charge when needed Have a genuine interest in ensuring patients have a positive experience Medical billing and verification of benefits experience preferred (1-2 years) What you'll do day-to-day: Greet patients and visitors to the practice warmly Answer phones promptly, converting inquiries into scheduled appointments Enter and update patient information, handle invoices, and process payments Maintain excellent working relationships with patients, vendors, and colleagues Perform medical billing, coding, and verification of benefits tasks as needed Coordinate patient's needs with the provider Why you'll love this role: Starting pay rate of $18-$22/hour DOE Simple IRA retirement plan starting on first day of employment Generous Paid Time Off accrual Paid holidays Supportive team in a small business environment Professional development investment through industry training and events
