Symbria is seeking a compassionate and motivated COTA to join our Rehab Team in Bettendorf, IA on a PRN basis. Responsibilities As a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (
COTA:
): Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to develop and carry out personalized treatment plans Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to help residents achieve functional goals Contribute as a valued member of an interdisciplinary care team Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program Valid Iowa COTA license Flexibility to work varied hours, including some weekends Previous experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehab is a plus—but not required! 🌟 Why Choose Symbria?
