Optometric Patient Care Coordinator - Full Time Private eye care practice seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for a fast-paced front office role. Paid training provided. No weekends. This role is central to creating a smooth, welcoming patient experience from check-in to follow-up scheduling. What you'll do Greet and check in/out patients in a professional, friendly manner Schedule and manage appointments in an optometry clinic setting Answer phones and assist with patient questions Verify insurance and support basic administrative workflows Coordinate with clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow What makes someone successful here ?
