Busy Outpatient Rehabilitation Clinic We are seeking a motivated, dependable individual to join our growing outpatient rehabilitation team. This versatile role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well with people, and is willing to help wherever needed to support excellent patient care.

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting with patient accounts, billing, and insurance verifications Providing clerical support for front office operations Greeting and assisting patients and visitors Helping escort patients to and from therapy sessions as needed Filling in for patient transport duties when necessary Supporting various office functions and departmental needs Maintaining a positive, professional, and patient-focused environment

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting Basic computer and office skills Attention to detail and organizational abilities Healthcare office, billing, or insurance experience preferred but not required Team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist where needed
