Our client is looking for a full-time, on-site Clinical Manager - Behavioral Health for a high acuity Psychiatric & Substance Abuse inpatient facility in the Grinnell, Iowa area. The Clinical Manager will oversee daily clinical operations, supervise staff, support quality outcomes, and ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services. Clinical Manager Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Behavioral Health, Social Work, Nursing, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Current Iowa licensure preferred (LCSW, LISW, LMHC, LPC, RN, or equivalent) Previous leadership or supervisory experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, substance use, or inpatient settings Knowledge of regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards related to behavioral health services Clinical Manager Responsibilities Provide leadership, supervision, and support to clinical and interdisciplinary team members Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure quality patient care delivery Monitor compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role.
