This night-shift role offers the opportunity to collaborate, think big-picture, and make thoughtful decisions that support both patients and staff. This position is responsible for mobilizing staff to ensure safe patient care in all areas. Working 6 pm to 6 am with flexibility to meet department needs, this position typically schedules 36 to 40 hours per week and plays a vital role in keeping teams connected and supported overnight.

State of Iowa Preferred:
5 years of nursing experience in pediatrics, rehabilitation and/or with children with complex medical conditions.
Preferred:
Specialty nursing certifications (CPN, CBIS, CRRN) Active BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, be mobile within the clinic areas, and frequently bend, lift, reach, and stand.
