We are a busy, family-focused chiropractic and lactation practice serving pregnant women, new mamas, babies, children and families. We need someone who is incredibly warm with people AND smart, organized and ridiculously detail-oriented. Breastfeeding/postpartum experience is a HUGE plus. Professional, peer-support, educational or lived experience all count. If you understand the breastfeeding/postpartum world firsthand, even better.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll be the heart of our front desk and help keep a busy practice running smoothly. Your day will include scheduling and managing a complex appointment calendar, phones and patient communication, collecting payments, insurance verification and follow-up, spreadsheets and tracking, keeping patient information accurate, supporting office projects and events, and helping with our chiropractic and lactation programs. You'll interact constantly with patients — especially moms, babies and families — so this is not a sit-behind-a-desk-all-day position. You need to be comfortable switching gears, solving problems, noticing what needs attention and keeping the details straight even when the office gets busy. We can teach our systems, ChiroTouch and chiropractic insurance. We cannot teach you to care about people, notice the details or believe in what we do. This is an in-person, permanent position in Marion, approximately 33-40 hours/week, starting around $17

• 18/hour depending on experience.
