This is a full-time, in-clinic position for someone who enjoys working with children, is familiar with ABA therapy, and can help keep the day-to-day operations of our clinic running smoothly. Job Responsibilities Clinic Operations & Support Help ensure the clinic is organized, prepared, and running smoothly each day. Monitor therapy supplies and materials and make sure the clinic has everything needed for sessions. Identify when supplies or materials need to be ordered or replenished. Help prepare materials and resources needed for client sessions. Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and clinic organization. Scheduling & Coordination Assist with scheduling and coordinating client sessions and staff schedules. Communicate with RBTs and the clinical team regarding scheduling changes. Help address scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes. Ensure that sessions are covered whenever possible so clients do not miss therapy due to staff call-outs. RBT Coverage Step in to provide direct ABA therapy when an RBT is unexpectedly absent or unable to attend a scheduled session. Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA. Collect accurate data during sessions and communicate relevant information to the supervising BCBA. Maintain a high standard of care and professionalism when providing direct services. Team Support Serve as a resource and support for RBTs throughout the day. Help communicate needs, concerns, and updates between RBTs, BCBAs, and operations staff. Assist with maintaining a positive, organized, and productive clinic environment. Take initiative to identify needs and help resolve day-to-day issues. Job Qualifications RBT certification or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field. Experience working with children with autism and/or experience in ABA preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Reliable and dependable, with the flexibility to step into direct therapy sessions when needed. Ability to follow individualized treatment plans and clinical direction from BCBA supervisors. Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to take initiative.
