We are seeking an experienced- Director of Laboratory
- to provide strategic and operational leadership for all laboratory services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the strategic vision and operational goals for the laboratory.
- Foster a positive culture focused on teamwork, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and resource management to achieve departmental objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and accreditation standards, including
- CLIA, CAP, CMS, HIPAA, OIG, FMLA,
- and
- ADA•.
- Oversee laboratory quality assurance, patient safety, and operational performance initiatives.
- Drive business growth through client development, customer satisfaction, and service expansion.
- Recruit, mentor, develop, and retain high-performing laboratory staff.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership and clinical departments to optimize laboratory services.
- Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, staffing, and professional development.
- Lead strategic projects, process improvements, and organizational change initiatives.
