$10,000 with work commitment! The Operating Room (OR) Nurse Supervisor oversees nursing staff and daily operations within the surgical department to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. Supervise and coordinate the activities of operating room nurses and support staff. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, surgical protocols, and safety standards. Assist with scheduling staff and managing operating room workflow. Monitor patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures. Provide leadership, training, and performance evaluation for OR nursing staff. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to maintain efficient surgical services. Address issues related to staffing, equipment, or patient safety in the operating room Supervise and coordinate the activities of operating room nurses and support staff.
