What You'll Do As a Team Lead, you'll provide day-to-day leadership for a team of Direct Support Professionals while ensuring individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities receive exceptional, person-centered support.

Your days will include:

Leading, coaching, and supporting a team of Direct Support Professionals Providing ongoing training, guidance, and performance feedback Assisting individuals with daily living activities, including cooking, hygiene, laundry, medications, and community involvement Supporting individuals with budgeting, personal finances, and independent living skills Monitoring documentation and ensuring compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards Creating a safe, respectful, and positive environment for both employees and the individuals we support Collaborating with leadership to improve services and daily operations Participating in an on-call rotation and supporting staffing needs as necessary What Makes You a Great Fit You'll thrive in this role if you are: ✔ A confident, supportive leader who enjoys helping others succeed ✔ Passionate about empowering people to live their best lives ✔ Organized, dependable, and solutions-focused ✔ A collaborative team player who leads with respect and accountability ✔ Looking for a meaningful career where your leadership makes a difference every day Qualifications Option 1 High School Diploma or GED Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities OR Option 2 Bachelor's degree in a Human Services-related field Two (2) years of relevant experience Additional qualifications: Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Medication Manager Certification, or the ability to obtain within six months Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance Comfortable using technology for documentation and communication Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with physical support as needed Must pass required background checks, drug screening, and health screenings Completion of required certifications, including Mandt Training This is a safety-sensitive position.
