About Us Medi Weightloss CDA is a physician-supervised weight loss clinic dedicated to helping patients improve their health and feel their best. We are looking for an upbeat, dependable Front Desk Patient Coordinator who enjoys connecting with people and creating a warm, welcoming experience. What You'll Do
  • Greet patients and check them in and out
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Help patients select and purchase Medi Weightloss products and supplements
  • Process payments and support routine front-desk tasks
  • Keep the reception area organized and welcoming
  • Communicate clearly with the clinical team to help each day run smoothly Schedule
  • Wednesday through Friday
  • Approximately 10-20 hours per week
  • Weekly hours are based on the number of scheduled appointments and are not guaranteed
  • Some flexibility is required as the schedule may vary from week to week Who We're Looking For
  • Outgoing, bubbly, friendly, and comfortable talking with patients
  • Naturally good at building relationships and making people feel welcome
  • Motivated, dependable, and willing to take initiative
  • Organized and able to manage phones, scheduling, check-in, and checkout
  • Comfortable recommending and selling products
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing weekly hours
  • Previous front-desk, customer service, retail sales, or medical-office experience is helpful but not required Pay $15-$17 per hour, based on experience.
