Alene, ID Pay:
$100,000-110,000 salaried
Required License:
RN We are dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services to our community. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced registered nurse to join our team as a Clinical Director. As a Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality home health patient care. Responsibilities
  • Manage all clinical activities and programs in accordance with regulatory standards, including guidelines.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Oversee medical management processes and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and maintain quality assurance standards.
  • Able to also do admit and recertification visits as needed while hospice patient load grows. Skills
  • Proven experience in managing clinical operations.
  • Strong understanding of principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
