```Duties```
  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
  • Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary information for billing purposes
  • Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
  • Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
  • Utilize dental or medical office software (such as Eaglesoft) to manage patient appointments and records ```Requirements```
  • Previous experience as a receptionist in a dental or medical office preferred
  • Knowledge of dental or medical terminology and procedures
  • Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar dental/medical office management systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using computers and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
