Be the friendly face and voice of the practice—answering calls, welcoming patients, and managing schedules Keep patient records accurate, up to date, and complete Handle questions, concerns, and scheduling needs with empathy and professionalism Coordinate seamlessly with the clinical team to keep patient visits smooth and on time Participate in team huddles and training—because we're always learning and growing Help maintain a clean, fully stocked, and organized front desk area

Requirements:
What We're Looking For:
1+ year of dental experience Strong customer service and communication skills Confidence juggling a fast-paced schedule with a calm, can-do attitude Detail-oriented with top-notch organization A passion for creating a welcoming, patient-first experience
Your Office Schedule:
Monday 09:00am to 05:00pm Tuesday 09:00am to 05:00pm Wednesday 09:00am to 05:00pm Thursday 09:00am to 06:00pm Friday 09:00am to 03:00pm Saturday 08:00 am to 01:00 pm (1-2 sat/mo)
