We're looking for a Guest Experience Director who is passionate about people, energized by building teams, and driven to create environments where every person—especially first-time guests—feels seen, valued, and invited into something meaningful. Why This Role Matters At the heart of our mission is helping people take next steps in their relationship with Jesus. The Guest Experience Director plays a critical role in that journey by removing barriers, creating welcoming environments, and helping people move from simply attending to truly belonging. This isn't just about hospitality—it's about ministry. It's about creating moments that open hearts, building teams that reflect the love of Christ, and helping people find their place in community and discipleship. What You'll Be Doing You'll lead and develop thriving volunteer teams who bring our guest experience to life every weekend and at key events throughout the year. From the parking lot to the lobby to the auditorium, you'll ensure every detail helps people feel at home. You won't do this alone—you'll collaborate with a central team and campus staff to ensure alignment while tailoring the experience to your local community. Recruit, develop, and empower volunteers and leaders to own and lead key areas of guest experience Create a culture where volunteers are known, growing spiritually, and leading others Oversee weekend services and major events to ensure a seamless, welcoming experience Implement Central Guest Experience strategies that help guests take next steps into community and discipleship Use data and insights to manage how we serve guests and engage our church What Success Looks Like First-time guests don't just attend—they come back and get connected People are taking clear next steps into community, serving, and spiritual growth Volunteer teams are growing, thriving, and led by empowered leaders Guest experiences are consistently excellent, intentional, and distraction-freeWhat We Offer Salary:
