Grayslake, IL Job Details Full-time $72,000 - $95,000 a year 20 hours ago Qualifications Clinical interprofessional collaboration Working with individuals with mental health conditions Full Job Description Job Summary The IOP Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and oversight of all clinical, administrative, and service functions of assigned clinical staff. Additional responsibilities include fostering relationships with community resources, supervising interns, and evaluating the performance of clinical staff. Schedule Monday-Wednesday 9 AM - 7 PM and Thursday 9 AM - 6 PM Essential Responsibilities and Metrics Supervise and evaluate the performance of clinical staff, assuring and auditing staff compliance with productivity requirements, assessments, and notes; supervise IOP interns as needed and helping train and onboard staff to policies and procedures Help to develop and expand group therapy curriculum, family therapy and expressive therapies for IOP. Maintain 25% direct productivity and caseload of 4-7 therapy cases Monitor and approve clinical staff work and vacation schedules to ensure that the needs of the program are covered Work closely with IOP Director to enhance overall IOP programming, including developing guidelines/policies for transportation Be available to handle crisis requests for IOP staff Work effectively with other program supervisors Foster relationships with community resources and participate in community related activities Participate in performance improvement activities, committee work, when requested Represent Josselyn with integrity, abide by the ethical statement of Josselyn and protect confidentiality. Proficiency with confidentiality, client rights, safety, and incident event reporting and personnel policies Qualifications Licensed for independent clinical practice in the State of Illinois in mental health or related field Demonstrate competence in interdisciplinary and inter-agency collaboration Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience working within higher levels of care (IOP, PHP, Inpatient, Residential) Demonstrated administrative, supervisory, and organizational skills Advanced oral and written skills Ability to think critically and analytically and to problem solve Working knowledge of evidenced based skills and best practices in the field of mental health Licensed for independent clinical practice in the State of Illinois in mental health or related field Demonstrate competence in interdisciplinary and inter-agency collaboration Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience working within higher levels of care (IOP, PHP, Inpatient, Residential) Demonstrated administrative, supervisory, and organizational skills Advanced oral and written skills Ability to think critically and analytically and to problem solve Working knowledge of evidenced based skills and best practices in the field of mental health
