Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled and compassionate CNAs to join our team. As a CNA, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of nurses/physicians. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team
  • Collaborate with nurses to implement patient care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Adhere to infection control policies and procedures
  • Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a safe environment for patients
Qualifications:
  • Valid caregiver or CNA certification in the state of Illinois
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting required
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
