This is an exciting opportunity for a BCBA who is passionate about clinical leadership and mentorship, in addition to continuing hands-on work with children and families. We are looking for an ABA Clinical Director to maintain a reduced, billable caseload while serving as the direct supervisor for the BCBA team at their site, collaborating closely with the ABA Leadership Team on site culture, individual performance, and team development. You will have a pivotal voice in decisions that shape your site's BCBA team, from quarterly performance rubrics and onboarding new hires to treatment plan oversight and caseload allocation. As an ABA Clinical Director, you'll apply your clinical and critical thinking skills in a new context outside of direct case management, with real opportunities to grow professionally as a leader at CST Academy.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst® in good standing At least 2 years of experience as a BCBA (preferred) A calm, even-tempered approach to conflict, unexpected events, and clinical decision-making under pressure Strong judgment around when to act independently, when to collaborate, and when to seek counsel from leadership

Position Responsibilities:
