83801 We're partnering with our client, a prestigious global law firm, to find a Temporary Practice Administrator to support their team. This temporary role is available for a 6-12 month contract and requires on-site presence. Join a reputable firm where your organizational skills will be essential in managing client relationships and legal operations.
Temporary Practice Administrator Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in preparing for client meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings. Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and travel arrangements. Coordinate logistics for meetings and firm events. Gather information for new matters and conduct conflicts checks. Review, edit, and prepare legal documents and billing materials.
Temporary Practice Administrator Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Over 3 years of legal administrative support experience, ideally within a corporate or transactional law setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Teams. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Must be able to work onsite five days per week.
