Your Role As the Director of Community Clinical Services, you will provide oversight to the Community Support Teams, Colbert programs, and Integrated Health Team (IHPA included). This position will also be responsible for the quality and delivery of programs, ensure program compliance with State rules and regulations and agency standards, and provide administrative support to Community Services program teams. This position may also participate in developing strategic community partnerships, representing the department at networking events, and in statewide and local advocacy efforts. Responsibilities Provide leadership, supervision, training and clinical support to all direct reports, while promoting a person-centered environment and self-advocacy concepts. Provide administrative support in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include but are not limited to recruiting, onboarding, and training employees; performance management; and conflict resolution. Develop and monitor community services program to meet the needs of consumers. Prepare monthly staff compliance reports and other departmental reports as needed/assigned. Review and sign clinical documentation including mental health assessments and treatment plans for individuals served. Develop and strengthen referral partnerships that are mutually beneficial. Create budgeted revenue, goals, and outcomes for programs. Develop and implement grants (including grant writing). Oversee and manage grants to ensure teams are meeting requirements and outcomes, including all necessary documentation and reporting. Qualifications Master's degree in human services related field required. LCPC or LCSW. Minimum of three years' experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness. Minimum of two years supervisory/administrative experience. Effective communication skills both oral and written. Knowledge of Medicaid Community Mental Health. Within one year of hire, complete training on trauma-informed principles and/or practices. Valid driver's license and documentation of current auto insurance, with an acceptable motor vehicle report. Proficient in the use of computers, software applications, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs. Benefits Generous paid time off 13 Paid holidays
