Job DescriptionThe National Training Manager (NTM) will support Access and Reimbursement Training, with a focus on the Oncology Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) organization, through the design and delivery of practical, compliant training solutions. The NTM ensures Training and Development and Franchise Strategy are effectively represented across training programs and is accountable for building strong stakeholder relationships at multiple levels. This role requires strong facilitation, coaching, strategic alignment, and training fundamentals to improve participant performance and learning outcomes. Core Job 
Responsibilities:
Designs, develops, and delivers compliant learning solutions that increases effectiveness and credibility of participantsBuild trust and credibility with key stakeholders through regular interaction, evidenced by feedback and proven working partnershipsLeverages existing Learning & Development core platforms and content within the Franchise training to limit duplicative effortsDemonstrates direct and open communication to key stakeholders resulting in positive relationships and mutual alignmentProvides candid and specific verbal & written feedback to training participants resulting in their awareness of strengths and weaknesses including a plan for improved performance Recognizes the skill level of training participants and adjusts coaching and training techniques to meet the needs of individualsDevelop Guest Trainers and/or Regional Field Trainers by providing a meaningful role during foundational training and ongoing learningDemonstrates and applies knowledge of all stakeholder businesses, strategies and priorities and integrates training activities into franchise team business plansLeads cross-functional initiatives and may be responsible for additional special projects within training organizationAssists with the on-boarding, development, and mentorship of other NFTs and "leads through teamwork" cultivating and maintaining positive peer-to-peer relationshipsExecutes with little guidance and/or direction from senior leadershipKey stakeholders:

Bachelor's degreeUnderstanding of Adult Learning PrinciplesProven experience in development and use of critical learning/teaching platforms (i.e. PowerPoint, Rise Articulate, iSpring)3+ years of field experience in pharmaceutical industry as an Account Executive or Field Reimbursement Manager with extensive knowledge of the access and reimbursement landscape OR comparable previous training experiencePrior experience leading projects with regional or national impactHigh performing track record and strong understanding of what drives success in a commercial organization Demonstrated ability to work with a variety of individuals at all levels of management to develop partnerships and align training with the business strategyProven ability to integrate business trends, brand strategies, and marketplace drivers into plans that drive competitive advantage to the organization
Preferred:
Experience working within and utilizing LMSPrior sales, access and reimbursement, account management experience in the Oncology spaceKnowledge and understanding of basic AI principles to improve training efficiencies and content creationKnowledge and exposure to health sciences, market access and/or account management is preferredAdditional InformationApplicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law: ​The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
