What This Role Really Is This is not a "sit in the office and manage spreadsheets" manager role. This is a lead from the floor, coach in real time, solve problems, support your team, and drive great client experiences role. As a Clinic Manager, you will:  Lead daily clinic operations  Support and coach CSRs, technicians, CVTs, and support staff  Partner with the Medical Director and Operations Manager  Keep clinic workflow smooth, efficient, and patient-focused  Help build the kind of culture people stay for What You'll Do - Lead People First  Coach, support, and develop team members  Help onboard and train new staff  Address performance issues with support and accountability  Create a team environment where people feel respected and supported Keep the Clinic Running Smoothly  Oversee daily scheduling (wellness, surgery, specialty care)  Maintain strong clinic flow between front desk, surgery, and exam rooms  Monitor supplies, equipment, and facility needs  Ensure SOPs and safety standards are followed Support Exceptional Client Care  Model calm, compassionate, professional client communication  Help resolve client concerns with empathy and confidence  Support staff in financial conversations and program eligibility  Support Business & Operational Health  Manage staff schedules and PTO  Support hiring and interviews  Monitor daily payments, deposits, and documentation accuracy  Ensure online booking and reminder systems run smoothly Protect Our Standards  Maintain OSHA and regulatory compliance  Track and report operational and service metrics What Makes Someone Successful Here You might be a great fit if you:  Lead with empathy but hold strong standards  Stay calm and organized in busy environments  Like solving problems in real time  Believe leadership means being present and supportive  Want to grow into higher leadership roles
Qualifications Experience:
 4+ years leadership or supervisory experience in veterinary medicine  Experience managing staff and clinic workflow in fast-paced settings Education  Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred  Equivalent veterinary leadership experience considered Technical Skills  Practice management software experience (EzyVet strongly preferred)  VA/CVT skills required  Client service skills required Work Environment  Full-time, on-site veterinary clinic  Some evening/weekend flexibility  Fast-paced, collaborative medical environment Why People Stay at PFACVC We work hard — but we support each other while we do it. Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
