The Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining Rehabilitation Services Programs to meet the identified needs of the community. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
Graduate from an approved school of physical therapy with a BS or BA degree OR Bachelor or Master Degree in Occupational Therapy OR Graduate of an accredited college or university with Bachelors in speech therapy required. MS Degree in Speech-Language Pathology preferred. Five years of clinical practice with supervisory experience. Licensed by the Physical Therapy Board of state OR Current state Occupational Therapy certification/license OR Licensed by the current state in Speech-Language Pathology. BLS (AHA) certification upon hire and maintain current. National Board for Certification Occupational Therapy Certification, AOTA and OTAC preferred.
