Job Description
This role involves overseeing a community outpatient mental health program, ensuring quality, compliance, and service standards are met.
Key responsibilities include:
Supervising staff, providing clinical guidance, and ensuring adherence to care models. Managing staffing, scheduling, and staff performance through regular supervision and training. Maintaining program compliance, preparing reports, and implementing process improvements. Providing direct client care and acting as a clinical leader during crises. Ensuring documentation accuracy, meeting quality and productivity targets, and liaising with referral sources.Qualifications:
Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field. Minimum of 3 years' experience in behavioral health. Licensure/certification (LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW) within 2 years, licensed in Illinois. Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and documentation skills, with the ability to work independently and build effective relationships.Benefits
