Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist for Busy Chiropractic & Physical Therapy Office Needed Join Our Team! We are a busy, well-established Chiropractic and Physical Therapy office looking for an energetic, friendly, and dependable Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist . We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care in a positive, welcoming environment, and we're looking for someone who enjoys helping people and being part of a team. We're looking for someone seeking a long-term position who wants to grow with our practice and become an important part of our team. If you're someone who smiles easily, stays organized under pressure, enjoys working with patients, and has previous experience in a medical office, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Welcome and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude. Answer phones and schedule appointments. Verify patient information and maintain accurate records. Assist with insurance verification and referrals (experience preferred). Collect co-pays and process payments. Maintain an organized and efficient front office. Communicate effectively with providers, staff, and patients. Help keep the office running smoothly during busy periods. Qualifications Previous experience working in a medical office, chiropractic office, physical therapy clinic, physician's office, dental office, or similar healthcare setting is required . Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable using computers and learning office software/EMR systems. Dependable, punctual, and a team player. Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others. Professional appearance and demeanor.
