A Clinical Supervisor or Manager supervises staff and manages services in a clinical program. May provide clinical supervision for nursing, counseling or home health care staff. Works to ensure quality patient care. Trains and develops clinical staff and manages clinical program budgets.

Job Description
Management level position with competitive salary and outstanding benefits. We provide initial certification training and on-going training. If you have ever said "I want to make a difference" then here is your chance. Creates service plans, activity plans and learning goals for individuals with developmental disabilities. Manages a staff of direct care workers. Work independently to oversee daily operations of small residential home for adults with developmental disabilities.
Qualifications:
- Management skills, strong leadership skills and computers skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a human service related field (sociology, special education, psychology, other) from a four-year college or university.
- Minimum of one year of personal or professional experience working with individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities.
