Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Front Desk Administrator to serve as the welcoming face of our dental office. Duties Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression Schedule appointments efficiently Manage patient records with meticulous attention to HIPAA compliance and clinical confidentiality policies Answer multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette and provide excellent customer service Support clinical staff by preparing documentation review, updating patient information, and managing appointment schedules Perform clerical duties including data entry, typing, filing, and general office support Collecting and processing patient/insurance payments Requirements Managing patient records and paperwork Excellent communication skills— bilingual abilities are a plus —along with professional phone etiquette Basic computer skills Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare setting while maintaining attention to detail Prior clinic or medical office experience is highly desirable; familiarity with health information management is a plus Join our team as a Front Desk Administrator and be part of a vibrant healthcare environment dedicated to delivering compassionate patient care through energetic support and meticulous administrative excellence!
