Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Operations Manager to lead our primary mental health outpatient program . This role is ideal for a professional with a clinical background and operational leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centered environment. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day program operations, supervise multidisciplinary staff, support clinical quality, and elevate the overall client and family experience . While licensure is not required, it is strongly preferred .
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Operations Oversee daily operations of the outpatient mental health program (PHP/IOP/OP as applicable) Ensure smooth coordination between clinical, administrative, and support teams Maintain a high standard of care, safety, and professionalism across the program Assist with scheduling, census management, and workflow optimization Support compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations Clinical Oversight & Support Provide leadership and guidance to therapists, group facilitators, and support staff Facilitate groups as needed and model best clinical practices Support clinical documentation quality and timeliness Collaborate with clinical leadership on treatment programming and service delivery Serve as a clinical and operational resource to staff Team Supervision & Culture Supervise, coach, and mentor a multidisciplinary outpatient team Foster strong morale, accountability, and teamwork Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development Address performance concerns promptly and professionally Client Experience & Customer Service Champion an exceptional client experience from admission through discharge Address client concerns with empathy, professionalism, and solution-oriented communication Promote a welcoming, supportive, and trauma-informed environment Collaborate with admissions, intake, and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care Qualifications Required Clinical background in behavioral health or related field Prior leadership, supervisory, or program management experience in an outpatient setting Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience working with primary mental health populations Ability to balance clinical priorities with operational demands Preferred Active clinical licensure (LPC, LMHC, LCSW, or equivalent) preferred but not required. Pay:
$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
