Business Development Manager -
Home Health Care Position Summary:
As a Business Development Manager at BrightStar Care of Indianapolis , you will drive census growth and expand our community presence. You will build strategic partnerships with hospitals, physicians, and case managers to promote our \"Higher Standard\" of home health services.

Key Responsibilities:
Growth:
Develop and execute sales plans to increase client census and meet growth targets.
Partnerships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, and physicians.
Outreach:
Conduct field visits, presentations, and follow-ups with referral partners.
Collaboration:
Work with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Networking:
Represent the agency at community and industry events.
Requirements:
Experience:
3-5 years of Business Development or Sales experience required .
Industry Knowledge:
Healthcare experience is required ; Home Health experience is preferred.
Education:
High School Diploma required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Skills:
Proven ability to meet sales goals with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Mobility:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for frequent local travel.
