Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Clinical Supervisor - Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), where you will lead and inspire a dedicated team of mental health professionals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing high-quality behavioral health services across diverse settings, including outpatient clinics, community programs, and home-based care. As a vital part of our organization, you will oversee clinical operations, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and foster a collaborative environment that promotes growth and excellence in patient care. Your leadership will help shape innovative treatment approaches for individuals with complex needs, including developmental disabilities, autism, PTSD, Alzheimer's, and addiction recovery. What you'll do Supervise and mentor licensed clinicians and behavioral health specialists to deliver exceptional patient-centered care. Oversee clinical assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning for diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. Lead individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), applied behavior analysis (ABA), motivational interviewing, and crisis intervention techniques. Ensure accurate medical documentation, maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations, and manage electronic medical records (EMR systems) efficiently. Conduct regular case reviews, oversee patient assessments, and monitor progress through data collection to optimize treatment outcomes. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate case management and community-based services for clients with developmental disabilities or mental health conditions. Promote a positive team culture through leadership in staff training, supervision of intake procedures, and development of clinical protocols aligned with best practices. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent credential. Proven experience supervising clinical staff within behavioral health or social work settings. Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques including applied behavior analysis (ABA), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed care such as PTSD management. Hands-on experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's disease, addiction counseling, pediatrics, and crisis management. Familiarity with home & community care environments as well as hospital settings is highly desirable. Strong understanding of medical terminology, medical records management, intake procedures, and healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA. Excellent communication skills to facilitate social work interventions and patient assessments effectively. Ability to lead teams using management best practices while fostering professional development in clinical staff.
