KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide daily leadership, direction, and support to Hospital Operators while actively performing Hospital Operator responsibilities. Coordinate and oversee staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency. Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members to ensure adherence to departmental standards and best practices. Monitor staff performance and provide coaching to promote quality, effectiveness, and excellent customer service. Serve as a subject matter resource for team members, addressing questions, resolving operational issues, and escalating concerns as appropriate. Coordinate workflow and daily operations to ensure timely and effective communication services throughout the hospital. Support inventory management and maintain necessary departmental supplies and resources. Develop, implement, and maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. Promote effective utilization of human and material resources to achieve department goals and service standards. Foster a positive team environment through collaboration, accountability, and effective communication. Monitor service quality and customer interactions to ensure a high level of support for patients, visitors, physicians, and staff. Assist leadership with operational reporting, staffing recommendations, and process improvement initiatives. Support departmental objectives by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, service delivery, and team performance.

REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma/GED required. Requires 1-3 years of experience. Requires ability to use teletracking. Requires experience working in patient transportation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
