Job Description

Autumn Trace of Madison is a vibrant senior living community that provides a warm, welcoming environment for community members and staff alike. We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Executive Wellness Director to lead our team. This unique dual-role position combines the clinical oversight of a Wellness Nurse with the leadership responsibilities of an Executive Director.
Position Summary:
The Executive Wellness Director is responsible for overseeing both the day-to-day operations of the community and the health and wellness of our community members. This role is ideal for a licensed nurse who thrives in both leadership and clinical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all aspects of community operations including staffing, compliance, resident care, and satisfaction. Provide wellness checks for community members. Lead and support the care team with a focus on delivering high-quality, person-centered care. Maintain regulatory compliance and community policies. Serve as a liaison between families, community members, staff, and corporate leadership. Drive occupancy and ensure the community is financially successful. Foster a positive, respectful, and professional community culture.
Qualifications:
Current RN or LPN license in the state of Indiana (required). Previous experience in senior living, long-term care, or healthcare management preferred. Proven leadership skills and a team-first mentality. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with a calm, solutions-focused mindset.
