Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Clinical Supervisor with an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) credential to lead our mental health and social services team. In this vital role, you will oversee clinical operations, supervise licensed and unlicensed staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care. Your expertise will guide the development of treatment plans, facilitate clinical supervision, and promote best practices across diverse service settings. Duties Provide clinical supervision to social service program staff, including case managers, therapists, and counselors, ensuring adherence to professional standards and regulatory requirements Lead individual and group therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), applied behavior analysis (ABA), motivational interviewing, and other evidence-based approaches Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning for diverse populations including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors Oversee crisis intervention efforts, managing urgent cases related to behavioral health crises, substance use disorders, PTSD, Alzheimer's care, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and developmental disabilities Ensure accurate documentation of patient care in electronic medical records (EMR/EHR), maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical record standards Develop and implement training programs on behavioral health topics such as trauma-informed care, crisis management, addiction counseling, and family therapy Collaborate with community partners to coordinate home-based services, hospital discharges, and community outreach initiatives IOP you and adolescents and adult groups and individual therapy Requirements Valid LCSW license in good standing with state licensing boards Proven experience in clinical social work within hospital settings, community agencies, or home care environments Strong background in behavioral therapy techniques including applied behavior analysis (ABA), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and motivational interviewing Demonstrated leadership skills with prior supervising experience in social service programs or healthcare teams Knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and familiarity with EMR systems such as Epic or Cerner Expertise in crisis intervention strategies for mental health emergencies involving PTSD, substance use disorders, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Alzheimer's disease, pediatrics, and family dynamics Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals across diverse cultural backgrounds and age groups Ability to manage caseloads efficiently while maintaining high-quality patient care standards Join our team as a Clinical Supervisor - LCSW to lead impactful mental health initiatives while advancing your career in a supportive environment dedicated to excellence in social services.
