We're looking for a Licensed Master's Prepared Clinical Supervisor who is passionate about quality care, developing others, and creating an environment where clinicians can do their best work. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership, providing and overseeing services while supporting therapists through supervision, coaching, collaboration, and ongoing professional development. What You'll Do Provide and oversee assessments, diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and other clinical services. Review clinical documentation, diagnoses, case conceptualizations, and treatment plans to support quality, accuracy, and medical necessity. Provide clinical leadership and supervision while coaching, developing, and holding team members accountable to performance expectations. Collaborate with clients, families, healthcare providers, schools, community partners, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care. Use quality data, evidence-based practices, and clinical outcomes to strengthen services and support organizational and accreditation standards. What You'll Bring Master's degree in Mental Health or Addictions Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution accepted by the Indiana Health Professions Bureau. Independent clinical licensure in Indiana (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAC). Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, treatment planning, and documentation skills. Ability to effectively lead, coach, and support clinical staff. Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Pay:
$65,499.20 - $78,599.04 per year
