Job Description
The Company This multi-campus long term acute care hospital is a member hospital of a top 5 post-acute hospital system, known for excellence, integrity, community, and compassion. This hospital is a well-known provider of choice for patients requiring specialized, complex care and extended hospitalization. Leaders, caregivers, and all other team members contribute to the company mission, which includes an unyielding commitment to patients, people, and the pursuit of healing. The Position Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Administrator collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to support coordination of care, leadership of assigned campus, census growth, continuous quality improvement, and special projects. This leader will oscillate between strategy and execution to advance hospital initiatives, grow market share, and continue the hospital's tradition as a provider of choice for patients, families, and physicians and as an employer of choice for healthcare professionals. The Successful Candidate The Administrator is a consummate professional, demonstrating the knowledge, skills, and ability to lead operations and business development. These competencies include, but are not limited to: Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or clinical discipline Clinical licensure preferred Master's degree in relevant field preferred Progressive supervisory experience Track record of success in fast-paced, high-accountability environments Exceptional organizational skills Proficiency with MS Office and common web applications Strong leadership skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to build, coach, and motivate teams of employees to reach well-respected standards of performance and superior patient care Ability to project a professional image Self-motivated, self-starting personality Positive mental attitude Compensation The successful candidate will receive a highly competitive compensation package and opportunity for growth within a growing, innovative organization.
