Center Director OrthoLazer Orthopedic Wellness Centers Position Overview OrthoLazer Orthopedic Wellness Centers provide a non-invasive, drug-free solution for musculoskeletal pain and inflammation. The Center Director plays a critical leadership role in executing the center playbook, delivering exceptional patient experiences, and driving strong clinical and business outcomes. This leader blends patient care mindset, operational excellence, and business acumen—ensuring the center runs effectively while maintaining a deep connection to patients, providers, and the community. We are seeking leaders—particularly licensed Physical Therapists and Athletic Trainers—who are ready for a meaningful next step in their careers: continuing to serve patients while expanding into leadership, management, and business impact. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Culture Lead the center by modeling and reinforcing OrthoLazer's core values in everyday behaviors. Coach and develop a high-performing team focused on patient outcomes and service excellence. Create an environment of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Operationalize strategies, processes, and performance expectations—running the play with excellence and consistency. Patient Experience & Clinical Engagement Serve as the primary liaison between patients, providers, and the center. Educate patients with laser therapy and treatment expectations. Ensure every patient receives an exceptional, compassionate, and personalized experience. Occasionally perform laser therapy treatments and support clinical workflow as needed. Approximately 8 hours per week. Operations & Business Performance Oversee daily center operations including scheduling, staffing, inventory, and financial reporting. Execute marketing, community outreach, and provider relationship strategies aligned with company direction. Monitor key performance metrics and drive revenue, profitability, and patient growth. Lead center startup execution when applicable, including hiring, setup, and workflow implementation. Provider & Community Relationships Build and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians and community partners. Represent OrthoLazer with professionalism, clinical credibility, and service excellence. Support brand awareness through outreach, education, and local engagement What We're Looking For Required Background Clinical degree or equivalent experience (5+ Years); Physican's Assistant, LPN, Licensed Physical Therapist or Athletic Trainer strongly preferred. Experience working directly with patients in musculoskeletal or orthopedic care. 3+ years Leadership or management experience in healthcare, wellness, or related settings, including managing staff and creating/overseeing schedules. Strong understanding of anatomy, orthopedic conditions, and recovery processes. Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and team leadership skills. Proven experience supervising teams and coordinating daily operations to ensure high-quality patient care. Ideal Experience Exposure to business operations, financial performance, or practice management. Comfort using technology, software platforms, and social media for engagement and education. Self-starter mindset with the ability to solve problems, lead change, and deliver results.
