Job Description

We are seeking a Program Director to join our Senior Behavioral Health team at Girard Medical Center. The PD is responsible for the overall coordination, administration and management of psychiatric services and ensures high quality, high utilization and adherence to Hospital Policies and Procedures. Full Time , Day Shift, 40 hours/week exempt position, participates in on call rotation.

Location :

Girard Medical Center.

Education :

Master's degree in Healthcare, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field.

Preferred Experience :

Minimum of three years' experience in administrative, clinical or healthcare management with an emphasis on experience in inpatient psychiatric or behavioral science modalities. Marketing experience helpful.
