Overview Responsibilities +

Staff Coordination:

a ssign nursing staff to patients based on patient acuity, nurse experience, and current workload +

Unit Supervision :

m onitor overall operations of the telemetry unit during the shift, ensuring work-flow efficiency and patient safety +

Direct Patient Care:

p rovide hands-on care for high-acuity or deteriorating patients when needed, including administering medications and treatments +

Telemetry Monitoring :

i nterpret cardiac telemetry strips, identifies arrhythmias, and initiates appropriate interventions or escalations +

Problem-Solving:
