Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Why This Role Matters The Problem Resolution Coordinator serves as a critical link between laboratory departments, helping to identify, investigate, and resolve issues that could impact specimen testing and result reporting. Your work will help ensure quality, efficiency, and exceptional service throughout the testing process. What You'll Do Review Test in Question orders submitted by physicians Research and resolve specimen processing and testing issues Handle specimen retrieval, banking activities, add-on testing requests, and pending lists Analyze data and identify trends impacting testing workflows Investigate, document, and submit quality-related errors to supervisors or managers as needed Monitor and interpret specimen flow and tracking data using laboratory systems, reports, worklists, and instrumentation Collaborate with Specimen Processing, Referral Testing, Technical, and other laboratory departments to expedite testing and reporting Maintain accurate records and support continuous quality improvement initiatives What We're Looking For A current, up-to-date resume Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred Medical background preferred, including knowledge of clinical laboratory medical terminology Previous data analysis or analytics experience Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, including data extraction and analysis Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and work in a biohazard environment while following safety protocols Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and processes Ability to meet compliance requirements Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US What's In It For You Competitive pay Opportunity to gain experience within a leading clinical laboratory environment Exposure to cross-functional laboratory operations and quality processes Develop analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills Collaborative team environment focused on quality and patient impact Potential pathway to long-term career opportunities Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility) Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: Medical and Prescription Drug Plans Dental Plan Supplemental Life Insurance Short Term Disability Insurance 401(k)
