Lead Nursing
  • Ambulatory Surgery Center Full-Time | Leadership About Us We primarily focus on cardiovascular and are a high-quality, patient-centered Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) committed to delivering exceptional surgical care in a safe, efficient, and compassionate environment.

We are seeking an experienced Nurse to lead our clinical operations, oversee quality assurance and support our mission of outstanding patient care. Position Summary The Lead Nurse is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all clinical operations within the surgery center. This position ensures compliance with regulatory standards (CMS, AAAHC, State), supports staff development, promotes patient safety, and partners with the Administrator and physicians to maintain efficient, high-quality surgical workflows. Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to all clinical staff.
  • Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure safe, effective patient care.
  • Improve and implement policies, procedures, and quality initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and accreditation standards.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing competency training.
  • Lead QAPI, infection control, and patient safety programs.
  • Collaborate with physicians and administrative leadership.
  • Participate in budgeting, supply management, and strategic planning.
  • Foster a positive culture that supports teamwork, accountability, and excellence. Qualifications
  • Current RN license (state-specific).
  • Minimum 2-5 years of ASC or OR leadership experience preferred.
  • Prior experience as a DON, Nurse Manager, or Charge RN preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards (CMS, AAAHC, State).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient surgical environment. Why Join Us?
