From ensuring safe medication management and infection control to mentoring staff and coordinating personalized care plans, you'll help create a thriving, supportive environment where seniors can live their best lives. The successful candidate for this position will have: A passion for seniors and enhancing their quality of life A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license; Compact license or ability to obtain is encouraged. An unencumbered license is required. An LPN with leadership experience may also be considered. Proven clinical leader in an assisted living or LTC environment with at least one year of successful experience as a Wellness Director, Health Care Coordinator (HCC) or Director of Nursing (DON) Understand the importance of being state survey ready, every day Have a current driver's license
