Accept:
Oversight of Adult Client Services:
Coordination of care for referred clients, scheduling attendants and client services, client complaints, monitoring authorizations and any associated clerical/data entry work.
Oversight of Attendant staff including:
interviewing/hiring/onboarding, evaluations, scheduling, preparing weekly payroll for Attendants and associated clerical/data entry work.
Your Extraordinary Abilities:
Graduation from high school or GED equivalent. Two years of administrative experience, preferably in medical administration. Patient or Staff scheduling, preferably in Home Health. At least one year in healthcare required. Valid Driver's License in good standing with acceptable Motor Vehicle Record. Good working vehicle. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients, families, and team members. Strong technical skills required to work within Microsoft Sharepoint, Word, Excel and clinical EMRs and Orders software. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Strong sense of accountability and ownership of tasks and supervisory role. Must be very dependable in this role.

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
