As a Patient Coordinator, you will welcome potential and existing patients as the face of the clinic. Additionally, you will perform other administrative duties to help manage the day-to-day operations of the office. Please ensure you are able to work the schedule listed below before applying. Responsibilities Ensure a positive patient experience by exhibiting excellent customer service. Field incoming calls to schedule appointments and answer general questions. Confirm appointments, communicate with patients and maintain and update records, as needed. Support the office team with treatment room prep and other light duty work to ensure a clean, professional office presentation. Administrative functions such as filing, photocopying, etc. Requirements Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalency Ability to maintain highly confidential information Full time, between 36-40 hours per week plus rotating Saturday shifts. Must be available to work shifts early as 8AM and late as 6:30PM.
