Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Clinical Supervisor with licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to lead our behavioral health team. Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision to licensed clinicians and support staff, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and best practices in mental health care Oversee intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning for clients across various age groups, including pediatrics and adults Lead individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and crisis intervention techniques Manage crisis situations effectively by implementing crisis management protocols and crisis intervention strategies to ensure client safety Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans, including case management for clients with complex needs such as developmental disabilities or co-occurring disorders Ensure accurate documentation of medical records, clinical notes, and treatment progress in electronic health records (EHR) systems while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations Facilitate training sessions on topics like social work practices, medical terminology, ICD coding (International Classification of Diseases), and trauma-informed care to enhance team competencies Requirements Valid licensure as an LCSW or LPCC with current state certification or licensing in good standing Proven experience working with children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health conditions or behavioral challenges Demonstrated expertise in clinical supervision and team leadership within behavioral health settings Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapies including CBT, behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and crisis management techniques Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and co-occurring substance use disorders Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR/EHR) systems and medical documentation standards compliant with HIPAA regulations Excellent communication skills for client engagement, family collaboration, and interdisciplinary team coordination Ability to handle crisis situations efficiently while maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure Join our dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional mental health services!
