Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required for all positions (may be allowed to sign a GED agreement to obtain within 6 months).

2-year degree preferred
EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED :
1-3 years of clinical experience
PREFERRED
2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role

Ability to manage multiple clinic operations simultaneously, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, strong leadership ability
JOB DESCRIPTION

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Usual working space is a well-ventilated area. Requires standing, walking, turning, bending, stooping, and lifting. Clear speech to communicate effectively with customers (e.g. patients, families, and other team members). Fine and gross motor skills. Environment may be stressful at times, therefore ability to work under stressful conditions is necessary. Lifting up to 50 lbs may be required, anything over 50 lbs should be a team lift or with the use of a lifting aid. Also subject to bloodborne pathogens at all times in patient care. May have occasional exposure to radiation during radiology procedures and to dangerous chemicals (cleaning and disinfecting agents).

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct day-to-day clinical operations Ensure adequate staffing, scheduling, and workflow efficiency Collaborate with team leads and providers to maintain smooth operations Address operational issues impacting patient flow and care delivery Monitor performance, provide coaching, and implement corrective actions as needed Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of clinical staff Promote accountability and adherence to organization standards Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and clinical practice standards Comply with audits, rounding, and tracers to monitor quality of care Support clinics during staffing shortages and high-volume periods Monitor productivity, staffing ratios, and clinical efficiency Assist in budget and cost saving strategies Support revenue cycle processes related to clinical services Track KPI's operational metrics Partner with executive leadership and providers on service line growth Support implementation of new programs, workflows, and initiatives Ensure clinical operations align with organizational goals and priorities Promote high-quality patient centered care Address service recovery issues and patient complaints Ensure efficient and positive patient interactions Attend organizational meetings as requested Conduct staff meetings to address challenges and/or present any results of objectives, volumes, quality, and organizational changes Prepare and present staff evaluations All other duties as assigned
